Warranty Policy

1. Warranty period:
A.General warranty period: 1 year warranty for all XIXIN ESWL on assembly or manufacturing faults, except for the ESWL warranty specified in 1B. The ESWL are supposed to be used "in a normal way". Their maintenance has to be carried out according to the provided service manual.  In case of "exceptional" use, the user has to inform the manufacturer beforehand and consequently the warranty period will be adapted to the given circumstances.
B. Specific ESWL warranty:
- Lifetime of coil: please check page of each products.
- High voltage switch and Capacitor: 1000000 shots
- Electrode: 3000 shots
- Copper Membrane:100000 shots
2.The warranty does not cover electrode,copper membrane and other parts, which are considered consumables. Ordinary wear, defects caused by improper maintenance, user's mistakes, abuse and misuse are also not covered by the warranty.
3. The warranty is only valid when the maintenance is carried out regularly by a XIXIN distributor or XIXIN itself. Compensation resulting from waste of time, commercial losses, subsequential damage or costs for the renting of a replacement are never covered by the warranty.
4. In case of a repair covered by the warranty, the distributor is requested to contact XIXIN before the repair is carried out.
* The dealer completely fills out the XIXIN warranty claim document and sends it to XIXIN.
* The dealer provides XIXIN with detailed digital photos, on which the failure is clearly visible.
* In consultation we decide whether XIXIN or the distributor has to take action.
* In consultation we decide whether XIXIN or the distributor supplies the spare parts necessary for the repair.
* In consultation we decide who will cover the costs for spare parts and repair.
5.  Warranties that have been activated do not cause the warranty period to be extended, nor do they trigger a new warranty period. The warranty period for any replacement parts installed ends with the warranty period for the entire product.
6. Relocation and forwarding costs: If the distributor cannot solve the warranty problem himself, then the picking up costs (from distributor to XIXIN) and the returning costs (to distributor) are covered by the warranty - provided that XIXIN gives its prior approval. XIXIN is responsible for the recollection and returning of the goods. Additional relocation and forwarding costs of distributor or end user are not covered by the warranty.
7. ESWLs which are returned for repair must be complete and they have to be in a perfect condition. Loose components or ESWLs which have already been disassembled are not covered by the warranty.
8. Alterations to the ESWL can cause the warranty to expire.
